What this menu records

This page shows you photos of what we serve. It also counts how it is used, so we know which dishes people actually look at. This is what that means in full.

We do not know who you are

There is no account, no login and no cookie. We do not store your IP address. Nothing here identifies you, your phone or your previous visits.

Each time the page opens it makes up a random number for that tab. It is not linked to you, and it is gone the moment you close the tab. Open the menu again and you are a completely new, unrelated visit as far as we can tell.

What we record

• That the menu was opened, at which outlet, and when.
• Which categories and dishes were looked at, and for how long.
• Where on the page you tapped, as a position on the screen.
• Your screen size, and whether it is a phone, tablet or computer.

What we never record

• Your name, phone number, email or any contact detail.
• Your IP address or location.
• Anything at all about what you ordered or paid.

Who else sees it

Nobody. There is no Google Analytics and no third-party tracker on this page. The numbers go to Joud's own server and stay there. We do not sell or share them.

Joud Rewards

If you are a Joud Rewards member, that is a separate service with its own account and its own privacy terms. This menu does not know whether you are a member, and nothing on this page is connected to your Rewards profile.
